As you probably noticed in the full episode, we did not abstain from gluten in this meal, as the bread and cookies contained all-purpose wheat flour. So, why did I choose to make this recipe gluten-free? Scroll down or click here to learn more

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  •  

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  • Pulse until combined.
  • Replace an equal amount of breadcrumbs with oat crumbs in any recipe.
  • Store in an air-sealed container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Enjoy!
