Apple and Pear Cider Sangria

A fall-inspired cocktail or mocktail!

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 large apples (I like to use a mix of Granny Smith, Honey Crisp, and Fuji)
    • 2 large pears
    • 4 cups apple cider
    • 1/2 cup vodka, flavored or regular (optional)
    • 25 oz white wine, Pinot Grigio preferred (optional)
    • 6 cinnamon sticks
    • 1 tbsp whole, dried clove
  • Instructions:
    • Dice all of the fruit into cubes and place them in a pitcher. I like to leave the skin on, but that is up to you!
    • If you are using alcohol, add spices and alcohol and let sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
    • When ready to serve, add cider.
    • If you are not using alcohol, add spices and cider and let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Then serve!
    • Make sure each glass gets a mound of fruit!
