Add some crunch (and fiber) to your bbq!

  • Ingredients:
    • 6 oz tomato paste
    • 6 pitted dates
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 cup apple sauce
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp mustard seed powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp granulated black pepper
  • Instructions:
    • Add your ingredients into a food processor. 
    • Process until smooth. 
    • Add your mixture to a small sauce pan. 
    • Simmer on low for 25-30 minutes, or until the ketchup thickens up. 
    • Store in your refrigerator in a glass container for up to 2 weeks.
