Add some crunch (and fiber) to your bbq!

  • Ingredients:
    •  3 cups fresh broccoli, chopped into small florets
    • 2 carrots, diced
    • 1/2 red onion, diced small 
    • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
    • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 clove garlic, grated
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
    • In a large bowl, add yogurt, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. 
    • Whisk to combine. 
    • Into the same bowl, add broccoli, carrots, onion, cranberries. 
    • Toss to combine.
    • Serve as a side dish at your summer bbq!
    • Enjoy!
