Leftover Mustard Jar Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard (left in the jar – eye ball it!)
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp miso (I used this one)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of your favorite italian seasoning (I used this one


  • Add all of the ingredients into your mustard jar carefully. I add the vinegar and olive oil at the end so it pulls down all the seasonings. 
  • Shake the the jar vigorously until the mustard emulsifies into the dressing and off the walls of the jar. 
  • Enjoy with your favorite salad, veggies, or chicken!
