Ingredients:

  • In a large sauté or fry pan, add coconut oil and warm to medium heat. I use this set at home
  • Add carrots and onions and sauté for 5-6 minutes or until onions are translucent and the carrots begin to soften. 
  • Lower heat to low. 
  • Add garlic and ginger. I grated both of these ingredients right into the pan using a microplane.
  • Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. 
  • Add coconut aminos and miso. Stir to combine. 
  • Cook 2-3 minutes. 
  • Add sesame oil. 
  • Cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve with seared tuna like I did or protein of choice. 
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. 
  • Eat and enjoy!
