Individual Apple Crumbles (no added sugar!)


  • 3 apples (makes 6 servings)
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 5-6 dates
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin or apple pie spice
  • 1 lemon, juiced


  • Cut each apple in half. 
  • Use a melon baller or ice cream scoop to remove the center of each apple half, leaving about ½ inch around the walls of the apple half. 
  • Use a food processor to pulse all ingredients into a sticky crumble topping.
  • Use a spoon (or your hands!) to fill each apple with crumble mixture. 
  • Place apples in a baking dish or pie plate.
  • Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until the apple is fork tender and topping is browned.
  • Optional * Top with a dollop of plain yogurt and extra pie spice!
