Cranberry Sauce (no added sugar)

THIS IS MY FAVORITE Cranberry Sauce Recipe! I love it throughout the year, but especially when I am celebrating Thanksgiving with my beloved friends and family!


  • 1 lb cranberries (fresh or frozen will work!)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 orange, juice and zest
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 cups unsweetened applesauce


  • Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low-medium
  • Cool overnight.
  • OPTIONAL: If you prefer a more jelly like cranberry sauce…. Mix one packet of plain gelatin with half a cup of water. Once you simmer the cranberry sauce, allow it to cool for a few minutes and puree in a blender carefully. Mix in the gelatin and cool overnight.
