Slow Cooker Teriyaki Beef

Ingredients:
2.5 – 3 lbs top round roast, grass fed, organic beef – I use Beaver Brook Ranch
2 yellow onions, thinly sliced
2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
5 cloves garlic, minced, divided
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup
coconut aminos
(it doesn’t taste like coconut!)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup raw, organic honey
1 1/2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
Turn on slow cooker to ‘high’ setting.
Add onions, 3 cloves minced garlic, and peppers to the bottom.
Add beef.
Whisk together the rest of the ingredients and add to slow cooker, pouring over the beef.
Cover and cook for 6 hours, occasionally mixing if possible.
Shred and serve over rice or cauliflower rice.
