Mix flour, salt in a large stand mixer until incorporated.
Mix remaining water and honey into the yeast bowl.
Slowly add olive oil and water to the flour mixture while the mixer is on low, allowing it to get incorporated fully before adding more.
Continue to add liquid in an alternating manner until dough forms a ball.
Remove the stand mixing bowl and cover with a clean kitchen bowl.
Let the dough sit on the counter at room temp until it doubles in size.
Then “punch” the dough to release all the air.
Add 1 tbsp olive and coat bottom of a pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread 1/3 of dough on to pan and use finger tips to stretch and work the dough until it reached the ends of the pan.
Top your pizza with with toppings of choice – red sauce, veggies, olives, or cheese.
Bake at 450F for 20 minutes or until crust is golden and crisp.
