Pancakes! Gluten and Dairy Free


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 organic eggs
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or Mooala milk
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • Optional: 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional add-ins: raspberries, blueberries, organic dark chocolate chips


  • Warm a sauté pan or skillet over medium-low heat with 1 tsp avocado oil.
  • Add batter in a small circle and allow to cook.
  • Once bubbles begin to form, flip!
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on the opposite side.
  • EAT!
  • TIP – I use a drink pitcher to pour batter onto my skillet for perfectly portioned pancakes.
