Spiced Beef Tenderloin Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2- 4 oz beef tenderloins
  • 1 tsp coriander spice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1 glove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375F.
  • In a small bowl, mix the spices together.
  • Use 1/4 of the seasoning on each side of the two steaks.
  • Turn on a grill pan to medium-high heat and add avocado oil.
  • When the oil is sizzling, put the steaks into the pan.
  • Sear on each side for 4 minutes.
  • Put the steaks into the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of done-ness.
  • Enjoy! These steaks go perfectly with my Creamy Curry Butternut Squash Soup.
