Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Add soaked almonds and water into a blender
  • Blend for 4-5 minutes until the almonds are completely pulverized 
  • Pour the blender contents through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag into a large bowl
  • Squeeze the pulp through the nut milk bag very tightly to release all of the almond milk
  • Add the milk back into the blender
  • Do not discard the pulp – you can use that to make granola, baked goods, or crumble topping for pie
  • Add the remaining ingredients into the blender
  • Blend together
  • Store in a glass bottle or jar for 7-10 days in the refrigerator
  • It’s delicious!
