If you’re like me .. you just can’t stand plain water. My two favorite ways to flavor it up – because hands down, the best way to hydrate on a regular basis – is cucumber and mint and apples with cinnamon sticks.
In times of excessive sweating, diarrhea, or water loss, I make my own electrolyte drink.
