Sesame Smoked Salmon Tacos with Cabbage Slaw

  • Ingredients for Tacos:
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
    • 1 lime, juice
    • 1 green onion, sliced
    • 1 – 1 1/2 cups smoked salmon
  • Ingredients for Slaw:
    • 1/2 – 2/3 cup plain yogurt
    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp honey
    • 1/2 tsp dried ginger
    • black pepper, to taste
    • 2 cups pre-shredded cabbage slaw
    • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
    • fresh parsley, optional
  • Instructions for Tacos:
    • Mix together honey, sesame oil, lime juice, and green onion.
    • Add salmon and gently combine.
  • Instructions for Slaw
    • Mix together yogurt, vinegar, honey, ginger, and pepper.
    • Add cabbage slaw and red pepper. Mix until combined.
  • In your favorite tortilla (or lettuce wrap), add salmon and top with slaw. These Taco Holders make it really easy to assemble and serve your tacos! 
  • Makes 2-3 tacos.
