Ingredients:

  • 2 large, cooked beets
  • 1 cup cooked cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender. 
  • Blend until smooth. Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, as needed to keep blending. 
  • Enjoy with veggies, crackers, or pita!
