Apple Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  • Combine coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, and apple sauce (and honey or maple syrup if you want) in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add oats and raisins and mix until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  •  
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • The mixture should be in a thin layer with space between clumps of the granola, as to allow air to circulate. 
  • If your granola is laid out too thick, you won’t get the crispy, crunchy pieces of granola. 
  • Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes, mixing and flipping every 15 or so minutes until all of the granola gets crispy.
  • Cook longer or shorter, until desired crispiness.
  • Enjoy with yogurt over ice cream, or in a trail mix! It’s delicious!!
