Pancakes! Gluten and Dairy Free
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
3 organic eggs
1 large banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or Mooala milk
1/2 tsp pink salt
Optional: 2 tsp cinnamon
Optional add-ins: raspberries, blueberries, organic dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm a sauté pan or skillet over medium-low heat with 1 tsp avocado oil.
Add batter in a small circle and allow to cook.
Once bubbles begin to form, flip!
Cook for 2-3 minutes on the opposite side.
EAT!
TIP – I use a drink pitcher to pour batter onto my skillet for perfectly portioned pancakes.
