Chocolate Banana Protein & Collagen Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 small banana (healthy carbohydrates!)
1/2 cup kale or 1 scoop of greens powder (greens have antioxidants including Vitamins C and K and folate)
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I use Mooala banana milk)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 scoop collagen peptides (collagen supports healthy tissues, skin, hair, and nails, and supplies quality protein)
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
Process in blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
