Cinnamon Granola

Apple Cinnamon Granola = Fall Morning Vibes! But, year round.
⁠This is one of my favorite breakfast foods to make! It’s also great over yogurt, a topper for oatmeal, or even putting it over some on top of ice cream for dessert!


  • 1 1/2 cups apple sauce (I used homemade apple puree without additives or sugar)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon⁠
  • 1 cup organic, no added sulfite raisins⁠
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats⁠
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil⁠
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt


  • Combine thoroughly and spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • The mixture should be laid out in a line layer, with space between clumps of the granola as to allow air to circulate and CREATE crispy, crunchy pieces of granola. 
  • Bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes, mixing and flipping every 15 or so minutes so it gets crispy.
  • Cook longer or shorter, until desired crispiness.
