Whole Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken
This lemon and herb chicken is juicy, flavorful, and satisfying!
I shared this chicken recipe in my pilot episode of the Emmy Award Winning ‘Eat Your Way to Wellness’ cooking show.

Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken
Spice Rub:
1 tbsp dried sage
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tsp pink salt
2 lemons, sliced
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F.
In a small glass bowl, mix the spices.
Put on disposable gloves. Carefully with 1-2 fingers, lift the skin away from the chicken flesh, creating a pocket to stuff the herbs and lemon.
Add the herbs and lemon slices under the chicken skin.
Add chicken to a roasting rack.
Cook for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
