Slow Cooker Teriyaki Beef
2.5 – 3 lbs top round roast, grass fed, organic beef – I use Beaver Brook Ranch
2 yellow onions, sliced thinly
2 bell peppers, sliced thinly
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup raw, organic honey
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Turn slow cooker on to ‘high’ setting.
Add onions, garlic, peppers to the bottom.
Whisk together rest of the ingredients and add to slow cooker, during over the beef.
Add all the ingredients in crockpot.
Cover and cook for 6 hours, occasionally mixing if possible.
Shred and serve over rice or cauliflower rice.
