Slow Cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:
4 whole chicken breasts (about 4-6 oz each) – can swap in 6 chicken thighs
4 cups chicken bone broth
1/2 cup monkfruit sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon pink salt
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tsp pink salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper* optional – will add spice!
Instructions:
Mix spices together.
Add raw chicken, broth, and spices to slow cooker.
Cook for 6 hours on low , mixing every 1 hour as you are able.
Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken.
Eat with a side baked potato and cole slaw or salad.
