Ceasar Dressing from Scratch!

2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/4 cup avocado mayo
1/2 plain yogurt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
In a food processor, pulse garlic and anchovies until finely chopped.
Add remaining ingredients except the olive oil and pulse until it comes together.
Add olive oil and place back on the food processor to emulsify the oil into the dressing.
Eat with salad!
